I am a Clinical Psychologist with 10 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults in the NHS and in private therapy. I support people who have faced various challenges to their well-being, such as anxiety, low mood, OCD, panic, physical health, trauma, and relational difficulties.
I work side by side with people to make sense of their difficulties and to develop strategies to help direct you towards what’s important to you and where you want to be.
As a clinical psychologist, I am trained in various evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and CFT. I don't believe there is a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to therapy and support should be individualised and therefore we can have a chat about how we can tailor therapy sessions to your needs.
I know that it's not easy to seek therapeutic support and therefore I endeavour to make compassion and collaboration central to the support I provide.
