In our work together, I offer a space to explore the underlying emotional patterns that shape your relational world. I’m a relational psychodynamic therapist, which means I pay close attention to the ways your past may be influencing your present — particularly in how you relate to others and to yourself.
I am relational psychodynamic in my approach. This means that I place a strong emphasis on the quality of connection that we are able to create together while drawing on your past to help make sense of the present day. Increasing somatic awareness and forming a fluid interplay between the mind and body is an important aspect of the work that I offer.
I have specialist training in rape and sexual abuse and can offer safe and confidential space to process these experiences.

The Under-Mothered Mother
This is a therapy group for mothers who want to explore how their relationship with their own mother influences their present day life, the way they experience motherhood, and their perceived capacity to mother their child. This group is part psychoeducational and part process.
