I'm a person-centred and experiential therapist. I offer a space to connect with yourself, explore your problems and process what you've been through — at your own pace and with someone who cares by your side. My aim is to create a therapeutic relationship in which you feel heard, valued and trusted, so that you can hear, value and trust yourself in return. I want you to leave therapy feeling empowered and better able to address the challenges you face. I welcome clients from all walks of life and adjust my practice to your needs.
I've worked at Mind and in the NHS supporting people to explore their identity, address anxiety and depression, work through relationship problems and begin to heal from abuse. My approach takes into account the impact of traumatic life experiences and discrimination (e.g. racism or transphobia) on our mind, body, sense of self and relationships with others.
By focusing on how you see yourself and your problems, I can support you to cope and move forward in ways that are right for you. I'd love to hear from you if you'd like to chat about working together. You can also find more information about me, my approach, booking and accessibility on my website.
