As a couple, you can enter a neutral space to tackle relationship challenges and build a stronger connection. When communication gets tough or you feel stuck in old patterns, we create a space where you both have time to feel heard and understood and create change for the better.
A large proportion of my work is working with anxiety and the stressors which accompany this.
Completing further training in trauma-informed care, I am committed to providing a safe and effective therapeutic space.
