I am an integrative counsellor who works with both adults and young people (aged 13+). As well as private practice, I also have counselling experience at a further education college and within the NHS.
The upmost important factor in counselling is the client-counsellor relationship. I provide a calm, warm, accepting and welcoming space for our sessions, be they in person, online or over the telephone.
I can support you with a range of difficulties including anxiety, stress, loss, bereavement, parenting and relationships, to name some. I also have a passion for learning and career change as an adult. I am open minded and approachable.
In our first session I will spend time getting to know you and finding out what brings you to counselling and what your hopes are.
