I specialise in working with younger adults and helping you navigate the issues you may face at this life stage. You might be worried about how a relationship is going, or struggling to find or maintain relationships. You might be feeling lost or unsure about the direction you want to take in life. Therapy can also help you with issues around self-esteem, identity and anxiety. I have worked with people who want to resolve longstanding issues or heal from traumatic past experiences, as well as those who want a space to explore their feelings around life transitions or want help to gain a fresh perspective on something.
Psychodynamic therapy is effective in helping you become aware of the root causes of your difficulties, and how your unconscious patterns and past experiences impact on your relationships so you can move forward with a fresh outlook and make lasting changes. I welcome clients from all backgrounds.
Your sessions are a space for you to talk about anything that's important to you – including thoughts and feelings you may feel you can’t express anywhere else for fear of being judged or misunderstood. I aim to offer a welcoming space where you can grow and reach your potential. I specialise in longer term therapy but can also offer time-limited work.
