I have worked extensively within the mental health field for the past 15 years, and have experience of helping people overcome complex issues, specifically around childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, OCD, addictions, and eating disorders.
I had a calling to train as a counsellor (after healing from a traumatic childhood), feeling an innate empathy for the struggle and challenges of others, and ultimately qualified in 2010 as a Person Centred Counsellor which complemented my Degree in Human Resource Management. .
