About
You may be feeling daunted about the prospect of confiding your thoughts and feelings. Alternatively, perhaps you are feeling frustrated about making limited progress in therapy previously. Whatever your position, your courage to take that first step to contact me will be met with the greatest respect. Following an initial consultation to ensure therapy is suitable for your needs, you will receive a commitment from me to support you in making positive change in the shortest possible time. As a fully qualified clinical psychologist I can support with a diverse range of mental health difficulties.
I am a clinical psychologist and director of a private psychological service (Four Oaks Psychology). I work as part of a group of HCPC registered practitioner psychologists. We have all received the highest possible level of training in supporting mental health through the use of evidence based psychological talking therapies. See me in person or online.
“Just because life has been painful, doesn’t mean that therapy has to be! For each and every person the journey of existence is one of ups, of downs, and of everything in between. No matter what we’ve been through, we have an incredible power to choose how we carry our experiences into our future." Dr Natalie Fraser (Four Oaks Psychology)
