Hello and welcome. I have many years experience working as a counsellor and I support adults and young people aged 13 and over in the Southampton and Romsey areas. I can help with difficulties such as; anxiety, depression, low mood, self-esteem and relationships. I also specialise in childhood and adult trauma. I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions, depending on what works best for you.
I offer a non-judgemental, compassionate and accepting environment in which to explore your concerns.
