I specialise in trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and supporting young people. I offer trauma-informed counselling as a standalone or combined with hypnotherapy, EFT, and creative holistic tools. Our work is collaborative and guided by your unique experiences, values, and goals to support healing mind, body, and spirit.
