Alongside my therapy clients I offer Clinical Supervision for counsellors and trainees & Non Managerial Supervision for anyone who feels the support may be useful for them personally and professionally.
My name is Laura and I am a person centred, integrative counsellor, therapeutic coach & mindfulness practitioner. I am a registered member with the BACP & NCPS. My approach to counselling is that the client has the answers within and I offer provide a safe space filled with empathy and non judgement. I facilitate healing, growth and change at your pace.
I provide a warm and welcoming, safe space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation so we can explore the possibility of working together. I offer individual therapy and also work with couples and within family dynamics. I have availability for sessions weekdays and Saturday mornings.
