Once you become aware of them, we can work to enable you to challenge, nurture, adjust, modify and heal them allowing you opportunity to accomplish significant lasting change.
Being an integrative counsellor, allows me to use different theories to give you insights, tools, growth and change within yourself.
I work with Neurodiversity, helping people to not only understand what is going on within them but also where they fit in the wider world. Making sense of difference and diversity for someone who is outside looking in can be tough, painful, lonely and exhausting, often the frustration is turned internally.
I love working with children and young people, offering a playful, nurturing, empathetic place for them to bring whatever they need.
