Welcome, I'm Laura. What can you expect from a counselling session with me? I offer online and in person (when I secure a room in Nottingham) please enquire.
Firstly we work at establishing a therapeutic relationship. One that's healthy and trusting, allowing openess and honesty in the therapy room and creating a safe, nurturing, calm space to feel free to be you without judgment. Then we can work through anything you feel you need to unpack and explore.
I can help you with any struggles in your life that prevents you being your best version of yourself and to live your best life free from weights holding you down. I'm also neurodivergent and experienced in trauma, anxiety, identity issues and isolation.
We are all unique and different, and for me that's the real beauty in every human being. I invite you to be YOU and have the freedom to explore YOU in a safe, warm and non Judgemental space together.
