Hi, I'm Laura. Thanks for visiting my profile! My role is to create a trusting, safe space where you feel supported to explore your thoughts and feelings and foster personal growth. I have a particular interest in anxiety, stress, and trauma, including how these can affect both the mind and body. My practice isn’t limited to these though and I welcome clients from all backgrounds and experiences, providing a compassionate and supportive space where you can feel fully heard and understood.
I’m an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, qualified in transactional analysis. This means I work with you to understand and gently challenge patterns shaped by your past experiences. My approach supports you in recognising and accepting all parts of yourself, helping you move toward greater self-awareness and lasting positive change.
