I’m a fully qualified Relationship Therapist, specialising in helping couples to understand their patterns, strengthen their connection, and communicate more effectively. I'm warm, calm and supportive; creating a safe space where both partners feel heard, respected and valued. I use an evidence-based approach called Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I'm LGBTQ+ affirmative.
Couples come to counselling for many reasons. It may be that you feel like you are going round in the same cycle of conflict and misunderstanding, or long to rekindle the closeness and connection you used to have. Over time, counselling can help you develop new patterns of communication, rebuild emotional closeness, and create a more secure relationship.
I work from therapy rooms in Alderley Edge and can also offer sessions online. If you have any questions about therapy or would like to have an initial chat, please get in touch. I offer a free 15 minute initial conversation with new clients. Currently available for initial counselling assessment sessions, with ongoing appointments from September 2026.
