Hi, I'm Laura! In a compassionate and authentic setting, my work involves empowering children, young people and adults. Individuals with whom I work with are able to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe environment, leading to improved psychological well-being. I have worked with children, young people and adults who have experienced trauma and abuse, whilst being trained in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Authenticity and honesty are amongst my main priorities during treatment, ensuring clients leave therapy feeling informed and confident in managing their mental wellbeing.

Seeing people walk away feeling more confident and making their own choices and decisions, without question, is the best feeling any therapist could experience. Throughout my career I have advanced training within CAMHS and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, enabling me to provide personalised and successful treatment of a range of mental health difficulties.
Authenticity and honesty are at the top of my priority list during treatment. Individuals often express concerns about not being heard or not comprehending what treatment entails. Transparency between myself and clients is critical to ensuring my clients leave therapy feeling able to make informed decisions about their mental well-being.
