I am an integrative trauma therapist that specialise in trauma, dissociation and eating disorders. I am currently undergoing the ISSTD training to specialise in Dissociative disorders including dissociative identity disorder (DID). I currently support those with DID under the supervision of a DID specialist supervisor and I am qualified to diagnose dissociative disorders including DID & Partial DID/OSDD through administration of the SCID-D diagnostic interview.
As an integrative trauma and eating disorder therapist, I value the relationship that is created in therapy as a tool for healing, holding the needs of the person at the core. I follow a 3-phase trauma model and draw from a selection of therapeutic approaches to help a person overcome challenges such as PTSD, C-PTSD and dissociative struggles.
Having had my own history of trauma and eating related issues I truly understand how important it is to find someone who understands and to be alongside you on your journey. In am passionate about helping people, genuine care about you and believe in your ability to change, grow and heal.
