Hi, I’m Laura. I am an experienced Psychotherapist, with more than 16 year’s experience working in mental health services. I offer specialised Eye Movement Desensitisation (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapy sessions either in-person or online on Zoom. EMDR is a powerful technique for processing upsetting or traumatic memories, alleviating the distress that they may cause. CBT can help you to identify and challenge negative thought patterns or unhelpful behaviours, developing healthier ways of coping.
As an accredited EMDR Consultant/Supervisor and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, I can work together with you to develop a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your own individual needs.
