I practice integrative Therapy which means I draw from Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, Humanistic and Person-Centred schools giving me the ability to match theory to client.
I am warm and compassionate with a wealth of professional and personal life experience and understand what it feels like to need emotional and psychological support.
