Hi there, I'm Laura. I am a Clinical Psychologist qualified at doctoral level, practicing in Central London and Hertfordshire. I am registered with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) with over fifteen years experience working within the NHS and charity sector. I have led NHS teams and developed and grown a private practice.
Whatever your reasons for seeking therapy, I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, which is your time to explore some of the difficulties you have been facing and work together to find ways forward in your life.
I use therapeutic approaches that are grounded in self-acceptance and compassion. I am clinically trained to work with multiple therapeutic models, including (but not limited to) Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
