We are a team of experienced and accredited therapists offering assessments, treatments and therapies for Adults, Young People and Children with a range of common mental health problems. We also offer Clinical Supervision to other Therapists and Trainee Therapists.
We specialise in Depression (including low mood and low self-esteem), Anxiety Disorders (including OCD, Social Phobia/Social Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, Panic Attacks, Panic Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Worry, Stress, Work related Stress), and PTSD.
