I am an Occupational Therapist, Coach & EMDR practitioner, with 17 yrs clinical experience. Occupational Therapy is the original tool for holistic healing. We'll clean up your head space, challenge your self-limiting beliefs, and give you a personalised toolbox of actionable strategies that can help you regain your sense of control.
