I am a psychotherapist working with adults in weekly psychodynamic therapy. The aim of the therapy is to take time to discover and understand the layers of your mind; how you have come to interact with the world and people around you via the experiences in your past, and how that affects your life now. This understanding can bring a deep-seated sense of relief and an opportunity for long-term change.
I trained at the internationally renowned Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust in London in psychodynamic therapy, and offer professional and compassionate once or twice weekly therapy both in person and online. I work from a private and quiet practice room in the Collingbournes, near Marlborough, Andover, Pewsey and Tidworth.
