EMDR is an transdiagnostic evidence-based therapy for PTSD and CPTSD and can treat many other issues, such as anxiety and depression.

I specialise in working with relationships, adverse childhood experiences (neglect or abuse), sexual abuse, bullying, parental breakup and other difficult experiences whilst growing up. I work in a trauma informed way using EMDR therapy and other techniques to help you process a difficult past, create resilience so you can live the life you want.
