Most often, I work with clients who need a safe, confidential space to make sense of different types of relational hurt. In the first instance, I make plenty of time to for us to talk about and establish your goals for therapy, so we're both clear how you'd like things to be, how you’d like to feel and what it is you hope gain from the process. From this point, I see our work as a collaborative exploration in moving towards where you want to be, equipping you with the tools you need to find meaning, purpose and a greater sense of peace and ease in the world.

I have lots of experience working with many different forms of anxiety, a wide variety of relationship issues, sexual abuse, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, family problems, relationship difficulties, attachment issues, anger, trauma, relationship problems, CFS, health anxiety, body image, struggles with meaning/purpose, grief and loss.
Research shows that by far the most important ingredient of effective therapy is a good, trusted relationship between therapist and client, so I always offer an initial chat to establish what kind of match we'd be. This is 100% no obligation - and if it doesn't feel like I'm the right therapist for you, I'll be happy to signpost you on your 'onward journey'
