We aren't sleeping, we are stressed and on edge, our relationships suffer and our mood dips. If you want things to change, I would encourage you to take that first step, as hard as it may be. I work with a variety of issues and clients and I have a special interest working with people who are international or who have the experience of living abroad. I will give you a space to talk to someone who will be genuinely interested and invested in a 2-way dialogue with you. We will explore your challenges to find a way forward towards your goals.
If you would like to get a sense of me before committing, I offer a free initial phone call to give us a chance to check we can be a good fit. If you decide to go ahead, our first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other and decide whether and how we want to go ahead. The fee for my first session is £50 - further sessions are £65.
