I draw from a range of experiences professionally and personally, to help and support you to explore and gain an understanding of the difficulties you are experiencing, to learn some techniques and strategies to help and enable you to live a happier, calmer and more fulfilled life.
I am a deeply compassionate, understanding and professional Counsellor and Supervisor, specialising in working with anxiety, stress and an overwhelmed nervous system and the subsequent effects of these on all aspects of our lives and relationships. I am passionate about helping people to understand and overcome their struggles.
