I'm a Psychosynthesis Counsellor and Psychotherapist-in-training, on my fourth year as an MA Student. I work in a way that is empowering, empathic and honest. If you are facing a life changing circumstance or going through a personal challenge, I can help you to get to the heart of the problem. As much as my qualifications and life experience are important aspects of my work, I'd like to propose that we both meet in our shared humanity, and that I can offer you my authenticity and compassionate presence.
What is Psychosynthesis? It is a comprehensive psychological and therapeutic approach developed by Italian psychiatrist Roberto Assagioli. It is a psychology of hope, with its focus not only on history, but also on a purposeful future giving individuals the capacity to reorient their lives in the direction of meaning and values.
I know it can feel daunting to reach out and make contact. I offer a free 15 minute phone call which can hopefully put you at ease and give you a chance to ask any questions.
