Hello, I'm Lara. I offer low-cost counselling face-to-face in Ulverston and Grange over Sands, and online. I'm a Counsellor and Psychotherapist-in-training, on my fourth year as an MA Student at the Institute of Psychosynthesis.
I work in a way that is empowering, empathic and honest. If you are facing a life changing circumstance or going through any personal issues, such as relationship challenges or bereavement, or you have been feeling low in mood and lacking purpose and motivation to carry on, I can help you to get to the heart of the problem.
