I am a Psychosynthesis Counsellor, currently in my fifth year of training toward a Diploma in Psychotherapy and a Master’s degree in Psychology.
Psychosynthesis is a comprehensive psychological and therapeutic approach developed by Italian psychiatrist Roberto Assagioli. It is a psychology of hope, with its focus not only on history, but also on a purposeful future, giving individuals the capacity to reorient their lives in the direction of meaning and values.
