I have immediate vacancies for new clients. I have a particular interest in and understanding of the creative industries and education sector, ASD and life transitions. I regularly assist people challenged by anxiety, depression, and victims of crime including traumatic events. My counselling approach is integrative: a person-centred (humanistic) core to my work, but also drawing upon psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural theories and methods. I use creative ideas within my practice so that our work may include activities beyond talking and listening, enabling a more flexible and holistic approach to counselling therapy.
