I work on a wide variety of issues from relationship difficulties, family dynamics to work stress, anxiety and depression. Recently, I have supported many clients with issues around identity stemming from multi/dual heritage backgrounds.
Using an integrative approach which combines psychodynamic and humanistic models, I provide a positive space for you to explore issues in confidence. I employ techniques from Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and object-relations theories.
