Both unique and complex, at times you may feel overwhelmed by conflicting emotions and thoughts about many areas in your life or perhaps you are struggling with a particular issue. Whatever concerns you, I empower and support you through compassionate and attentive listening to identify and meet your needs. I work on a wide variety of issues from relationship difficulties, family dynamics to work stress, anxiety and depression. Recently, I have supported many clients with issues around identity stemming from multi/dual heritage backgrounds.
Using an integrative approach which combines psychodynamic and humanistic models, I provide a positive space for you to explore issues in confidence. I employ techniques from Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and object-relations theories.
I believe in the overriding power of you, the client, to resolve issues and flourish through empathic and authentic support from me, as your therapist. I look forward to hearing from you and exploring what is most important for you at this time.
