I have experience of supporting people with many issues and conditions, such as; anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal Ideation, self harm, divorce, seperation, bereavement, low self image, gender identity, domestic violence, anger issues, physical and sexual abuse. I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. In counselling I believe the clients needs above all must be heard and valued.
