My job is to help you look after your emotional and mental wellbeing in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I offer my clients a professional attitude and years of experience in short- term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I highly specialise in trauma and post traumatic stress disorder, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, bereavement, low self-confidence, eating disorders, relationship issues.
All my clients benefit from a safe, nurturing and non-judgemental environment where they can make sense of their individual circumstances, feel listened to, understood and supported during the entire process of counselling. The aim of my therapy based on an integrative counselling model, is to facilitate change and improve people’s quality of life.
