My way of working is somewhat dependent on you and your wants from a therapy space. I am trained to work with CBT, person-centred and attachment based therapy. I have done additional training in: Somatic Abolitionism, Emotional Regulation Skills and CBT adapted to work with those that self-define as autistic. I have worked with many clients and believe therapy works best by meeting the client where they are and towards what they identify they need. I work openly with race and other forms of systemic oppression in therapy and support clients from minoritised identities to explore this in therapy.
My training and experience has led to a therapeutic style which means I bring my skill and expertise into the space with the recognition that you know you best. I hope that as we develop a strong relationship with each other we can work together towards an improvement in your wellbeing and mental health.
