About

Life is full of challenges and our emotions can go from one extreme to the next. We all have a good side and we all have a bad side. We all have a past and we all have a future. We determined how successful we are regardless of our faith/spirituality, mental health issues, coping strategies, career path, criminal history and mentality. Whilst some people suffer with addictions, other suffer with overcoming abuse whether that was from their past, or current situation. No matter what the issue may be I want to help you overcome.
I am a caring and strategic individual who adopts a person-centred approach and use motivational interviewing techniques when working with clients. I have many years of experience in working with complex cases from victims of abuse to ex-offenders with mental-health illnesses and personality disorders which has resulted in there being success stories.
Working with me will help you to overcome your barriers that are preventing you from living or having the best quality of life. You Only Live Once and it is better to live it freely rather than being held in captivity. It is time to start living and to stop existing. Take back your worth, your value, your control, your happiness and your peace. Live for you!
