Life can be chaotic and fast-moving and sometimes it can be difficult to take a step back from it all or take time out to make sure that we're looking after ourselves. I aim to offer a service where you can be authentically yourself, free of judgment, and step away from the chaos for a little while. You can bring anything which is on your mind to our counselling sessions together. I offer open-ended therapy; I will be here for you as long as you need me to be and I aim to build a relationship with you where you are able to become more confident and feel you are able to become the best version of yourself.
I offer person-centred counselling via online video call on 'Whereby'. I believe you, the client, are the expert on yourself, and I'm happy to work with people from all types of backgrounds and ages. I believe that building a trusting and genuine relationship with you will help us to explore events or issues within your life which may be bothering you.
