Looking for affordable therapy with fully qualified psychologists? I work at Outcast Psychology, a values‑led practice offering psychology services with HCPC‑registered practitioner psychologists for people aged 16 and over. We use a clear sliding‑scale fee structure to make working with a qualified psychologist more accessible. We work with a range of difficulties (such as anxiety, low mood, burnout, stress, loneliness, trauma, and relationship difficulties). But instead of focusing only on your symptoms, we’re interested in all of you. Our speciality is in difficulties relating to identity, belonging and differences.
We look at how your unique history, culture, identities and the systems around you have shaped your life and how these experiences may be contributing now. We recognise how hard it can be to access support in systems that rely on diagnoses or ideas of what is “serious enough”. You don’t need any one specific difficulty to access support with us.
As part of a small team of psychologists with diverse personal and professional backgrounds, we draw on different therapeutic approaches to find a way of working that fits you.
