We will work together to build trust and to find the inner resources that you need to live the life that you would like. I can offer you a consistent, confidential and accepting relationship. Once we know each other well enough, I will also challenge you and ask you to take ownership of your life choices. In the hope that we can find a balance between your need for healthy intimate relationships and the need for autonomy, independence and freedom.

My therapeutic orientation is psychodynamic: I believe that your previous relationships from infancy to today, will have had an impact on who you are and how you think and feel with other people, including with me. We will use the therapeutic relationship to explore and wonder about how your past relationships have affected you, for better or for worse.
Please do get in touch if you are struggling with something specific or if you need somewhere and someone to support you as you work things out.
