I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist in training, and I've been offering lower-cost in-person therapy to adults in Bristol since 2021. I identify as queer, and work with many members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have a passion for explorations of identity, gender, sexuality and relationship diversity. Neurodiversity and chronic illness are other areas of interest/experience. As a Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a variety of approaches to suit your needs.
Therapy with me offers somewhere for your experience to be heard, without judgement, and at your own pace. In this space we can explore your difficulties together, deepening your understanding of yourself, with the hope of helping you find a more connected, authentic way forward.
Therapy with me is inclusive and non-judgemental. You'll never be forced somewhere you don't want to go, and I understand it takes time to build trust. This doesn't mean there won't be challenges to the way you see yourself, the world, and your place in it, but we'll approach them together, at your own pace.
