I have worked in the NHS previously and have therefore worked with mental health ranging from Personality Disorders to Depression. Working independently with my own practice has enabled a wider range of clients including working with eating habits, OCD and low mood. I truly believe that having some space to discuss what is going on for you makes a big difference and I will work with you on whatever issue you are bringing to the session. I have also trained in couples therapy so I am able to offer this as well as individual sessions. I offer weekday appointments, evening sessions on Wednesdays as well as virtual on a Monday evening.
