Hello, I am a qualified and fully registered psychodynamic psychotherapist in private practice, with experience working in the NHS and the charitable sector, I have worked and continue to work with diverse group of clients. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore what might be troubling you or preventing you in experiencing your life fully. People seek therapy many reasons including anxiety, bereavement, depression, low self-esteem, self-development, stress, relationship or work issues and trauma.
Difficult experiences in the past can affect our feelings and the way in which we experience our lives now. My approach is to work with you to explore your emotions and behaviours in order to help you understand yourself and your internal world and, via the therapeutic relationship, gain insight into your relationship with yourself and with others.
Starting therapy can be a daunting experience, but essentially one that many find rewarding and fulfilling. The first step is to contact me to arrange a commitment-free initial consultation where we can discuss what might be troubling you and for you to get a sense of how this therapy might work for you.
