Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile! I am a Clinical Psychologist providing a range of approaches to support you using evidence-based practice tailored to your individual needs. I have worked extensively with trauma, anxiety, low mood / depression, OCD as well as other common mental health conditions. I have particular expertise in working with adjustment to physical health conditions, as well as unexpected life changes or circumstances. I have also worked extensively with Neurological conditions, Neurodivergence and Intellectual Disabilities, including work with those supporting people with the above.
My primary model is 'Acceptance and Commitment Therapy'; an evidence based approach that is 'transdiagnostic' meaning it can be applied to any situation or difficulty. I also draw heavily on Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other models dependent on your specific needs.
It is really important to ensure that you get the most from your therapy. Therefore, I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation to ensure we are the 'right fit' for eachother.
