Hi I'm Kris, I am a qualified counsellor who is passionate about supporting adults who feel stuck and need some help.
You might be struggling to build or maintain relationships, not having fulfilment in your work life or finding the time they spend online scrolling, watching or gaming is impacting your wellbeing.
These issues can lead to you feeling like you can't motivate yourself to take the steps you want for change to happen and thinking you aren't good enough. This can then lead you to feeling lonely and hopeless, sometimes developing into mental health issues like anxiety and depression.
I feel as though I offer something unique in my practice as I use my personal life experiences of those challenges alongside my training. Which allows me to offer you a place where I understand terminology and what it's like growing up in this generation, to allow us to focus on understanding who you are and what you are personally experiencing.
Having lived experience in these issues allows me to have a personal understanding of how challenging it can be to go through life with these issues. Whether it be the deep sadness of being lonely and hopeless or the fact you try so hard to live up to your expectations but never seem good enough.
