Hi! I’m Kristen; a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist based in Stockton-On-Tees. My office is wheelchair accessible, vibrant and welcoming. I am experienced in working with both children and adults and I am qualified to work with a range of difficulties. My specialities include: neurodiversity, attachment, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence and disability/chronic illness.
I take pride in establishing a safe, judgement-free environment. My therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, I will periodically alter my therapeutic interventions to meet your needs, as individuals are not linear.
I am not a ‘sit back and nod’ therapist. I’m a firm believer that a strong therapeutic relationship requires both parties personalities to be present.
