In our work together, we can explore the roots of difficulties, process what may feel unresolved, and support you in building self-esteem, resilience, and a greater sense of connection. For some, therapy is about finding ways to change how they feel in the moment; for others, it is about gently reconnecting with emotions that may have been pushed away due to trauma. Whatever brings you here, we will work together to find the best way forward.
I believe each person is unique, and I do not fit clients into a single model of therapy. Instead, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, to respond to your individual needs. At the heart of my practice is a safe, compassionate, and collaborative relationship - one that is grounded in empathy, respect, and acceptance.
