Hello and welcome! My name is Klaudia. Finding the right therapist is so important. Having the experience of living in two countries, Poland and the UK, I fully understand the implications of being an emigrant. Plus, coming from Poland I'm well aware how generational trauma can shape person's mindset and their belief system about themselves, the others and the world. As a therapist, I use a variety of approaches to work around your needs.
