Hello, my name is Klara-Joy (she/her). I offer affordable Psychotherapy, as well as Confidence and Wellbeing Coaching. My fees range between £35 and £60 per session, based on your income. If you’ve found your way here, it may be because something in your life feels difficult, or hard to hold on your own right now. Taking the step to look for support can feel vulnerable, and I aim to offer a space that feels compassionate from the outset. I work with women, men and non-binary adults, offering short-term and long-term therapy or coaching. I am a vegan, neurodivergent, and queer therapist.

I work with a wide range of difficulties including eating / body image related concerns, anxiety, depression, low mood, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, human grief and non-human grief (such as animal/pet bereavement). I also help clients navigate questions around identity, belonging, faith, spirituality, and life transitions.

I am committed to offering therapy and coaching in a way that is inclusive of all. I work with an intersectional lens, recognising that gender, race, culture, sexuality, disability, faith and neurodivergence can overlap and shape how we experience the world. In line with my commitment to inclusive practice, I offer a sliding scale for session fees based on your p/a income/salary: £29k or less p/a: £35 online, £40 in-person. £30k to £39k p/a: £45 online, £50 in-person. £40k to £49k p/a: £50 online, £55 in-person. £50k or more: £55 online, £60 in-person.
