I believe that 'one size doesn't fit all', so I'll use different models of therapy matched to your individual needs. I'll support you to explore your concerns, process difficult life experiences from the past or present, explore future goals, discover new perspectives, source solutions and begin to feel empowered.
Contemplating therapy can be daunting and takes courage, however, I will make you feel at ease, work with you at your own pace, listen attentively while you speak, so that you may feel heard and understood.
