Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Kizzy and I am an integrative Counsellor, which means I have been trained in Person-Centred, Psychotherapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, CBT and Existential therapies. I draw upon these theories to suit each individual and their needs when coming to sessions. You are the master of your life and I am here to help you along your way. I have been working as a qualified counsellor for the last 5 years with people of varying ages, I have a background in supporting with learning difficulties in schools and universities which guided me into a more adaptive approach.
I offer online counselling support via video or phone, which ever suits your needs best. Although cyber counselling is relatively new, I have found it to be just as rewarding as face to face therapy. Unfortunately remote therapy is all I can offer at the moment while I work on creating a safe and comfortable counselling space in my home in the Welsh Valleys.
I understand how difficult this process is when choosing a new therapist so you are welcome to send me a text, email, voice note or drop call as many times as it takes you to feel comfortable in starting communication with me. I offer a free 30 minute talk so you can decide if my personality and style suits you as this is such an intimate process.
