I aim to help you understand your patterns of relating to others which may help you to develop a greater understanding of yourself and what experiences might have shaped the way you are today. With this insight, together we can attempt to make positive changes to your life to enable you to become the best version of you.
I am now offering a small number of In-person and Zoom therapy sessions. I also offer Single Session and Walking Therapy. As a qualified supervisor I have a small number of supervision spaces and welcome trainee therapists at a reduced rate. I also offer tutor support to those training on level 2, 3 and 4 Counselling skills. Please get in touch for info.
