Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel the way they do? I’m an integrative counsellor offering a trauma-informed space to explore anxiety, relationship patterns, trauma and loss of identity, self-worth and self-doubt.
Reaching out can feel difficult, especially when things feel confusing or hard to put into words. Together, we can explore what’s happening for you and why, looking at both past experiences and what’s going on in your day-to-day life. I bring empathy alongside thoughtful challenge, supporting you to make sense of things.
With a background in nursing and experience in higher education and a large mental health charity, I support adults (18+) with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, self-worth and loss of identity. I also have experience supporting people with the emotional impact of long-term health conditions, including Type 1 diabetes and cancer.
